What is Non-Diastatic Malted Barley Flour?
Naturally occurring enzymes in Malted Barley Flour are destroyed when
diastatic Malted Barley Flour (natural dough conditioner) receives
additional drying in order to develop more intense, unique and complex
flavors and color. The result is Non-Diastatic Malted Barley Flours
with unique flavors, colors and functions but with no addition of enzymes
into the formula.
